Believe And Achieve Whatever Your Heart Desires
This is my favorite time of year, a new one! A time to reflect and have gratitude for the past year and all I have achieved.
This is a good time to slow down and unwind. I remember practicing consistently being grateful from moment to moment. It was so hard to bring myself to doing this.
I sit here in my life, and wonder what I’m grateful for, the only thing I know for sure, is that I’m grateful I believe in myself, especially during this period of uncertainty in our nation.
I am grateful I believe in myself.
I am particularly grateful to be a successful person in life, but I wasn’t always, and that’s why, I believe everybody has the ability to believe in themselves and change their lives . To believe in ourselves, isn’t an easy task when your mind get’s in the way but you can re-train it and learn what your wealth trigger is.
What I am talking about is, instead of saying, “Can’t” say, “I can do it and I believe in myself and anything I put my mind to.” Simply, believe and achieve. There is nothing stronger than belief.
To believe in yourself is one of the greatest gifts to the world.
Say outloud right now, “I believe in myself.” Feel it, shout it and know it in your heart!
I want to share some of my techniques I use to believe in myself, and best practices:
Change bad thoughts to good ones. Thoughts create our reality, so I do my best to expose myself to good thoughts. They serve me and humanity. When you absolutely believe something with all your heart and soul, it is your reality…see what I mean?
What I want is what I get. Give yourself permission to go out and get what you want, regardless of how impossible or scary it looks. You might not get it as soon as you expect, but if you don’t allow the “I’m not going to get this” thought to destroy your want, you will get it. Change that thought to, “I have it”, and feel it and know it in your heart and soul.
I respect myself and the small wins. What the universe has in store for small wins and appreciating them when they occur will have a snowball effect and make the bigger, scarier things not so big or scary.
There Are No “Overnight Success” Stories
There are no overnight success stories, they are bunk. Anybody who claims to be an overnight success has a story and it doesn’t occur overnight. It’s very important to stay focused on the good and not be sidetracked by the setbacks or not so good occurences. By admiring the small wins, you receive a consistent forward movement of good, therefore making it easier to shake off the not so good.
Try to find the good in the bad. It’s not easy sometimes but it is possible. Sitting at my brothers funeral at the raw age of 16, a person said to me, “Please, don’t be sad, he isn’t suffering anymore, he doesn’t know sadness or struggle anymore. His soul is free and is no longer bound by this earth.
What an eye opener! The same person told me years later, on the anniversary of his death, that when we lose a loved one, we cry for ourselves and what we have lost. She was and still is one of my best friends who has seen the good in something that no one ever thinks of as being so.
So I want to encourage you to consciously embrace the journey towards believing in yourself, always seeing the good in the bad and keeping good thoughts. This will change your life.
Believe,
Rhonda
